Ridge Financial Group (“RFG”) acquires, develops, and sells timberland properties that produce current cash flows from
the harvesting of timber, followed by selling the harvested property in smaller developed parcels designed for hunting
and other recreational uses.

Roger serves as COO of Ridge. Roger raises capital commitments, provides strategic direction and oversees parcel disposition. Most recently Roger led Star Asset Security as its EVP. Previously, Roger was the President and CEO of Choice 1 Security, Inc., and after many successful years in the security and installation business (1975 – 2007), Mr. Hirschy sold Choice 1 Security to Stanley Works.

Sage serves as CEO of Ridge. At Ridge, Sage is responsible for sourcing target properties, raising capital and managing fund performance. Previously, Sage was the COO and CFO of Star Asset Security. Sage’s educational background includes an MBA from Georgia Tech with a concentration in Real Estate and Finance and a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Auburn University.

Romin serves as Executive Vice President of Ridge. Romin is responsible for overseeing the timber harvest and development of our properties. Most recently, Romin served as the Vice President of National Accounts for Star Asset Security. Prior to Star, he worked as an installation coordinator on a national level for 9 years. Romin has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Troy State University.
